Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing one of our dining experiences. Once a booking has been accepted all the persons named on the booking form (“the client(s)”) will have entered a binding contract based on these terms & conditions. “We / Us / Our” means Cotswold Wild Dining Ltd of Studio 210, 134 – 146 Curtain Road, EC2A 3AR, London, United Kingdom registered in England and Wales with Registered Number 13123882.
“You / Your” means a user of this Website and / or customer of Cotswold Wild Dining.
“Personal Information” means all and any information provided by you in an order or when registering on any part of this Website to include but not limited to your name, address and payment card details.
“Location” means the property where the dining experience will take place.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made whether online, by telephone or email, through approved third parties and / or in person.

The experience we offer is limited, and we cannot guarantee availability. We reserve the right to refuse sale if there is no availability for any of our events. No booking or charge shall be made if there is no availability.
Please ensure that you are using legitimate channels and be sure that you are in contact with us and not fraudulent sites. We are not responsible for any losses you may incur through booking mistakes; however, we will try to help you as much as we can.
Payment & Confirmation of Bookings
A valid credit or debit card will be needed to confirm any bookings.
Our prices of the event are shown on website and include all taxes. Prices may vary depending on the season. We do not permit re-sale of tickets.
We reserve the right to cancel an event for any reason; this includes but not limited to dangerous weather, safety issues and unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event we have to cancel an event we aim to notify our customers as soon as possible.
Customer Cancellation Policy
Your booking once made can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to the event. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the event will incur full cost with no refund available.
We want our guests to enjoy themselves and experience new and flavourful dishes, however, customer safety is our number 1 priority. If you have any allergies, we ask that you inform us at the time of booking so that we can accommodate your requirements.
Consumption of wild foods can potentially cause an allergic reaction in certain individuals therefore we advise trying only small amounts of new wild foods on first consumption. Cotswold Wild Dining Ltd and its associated practitioners take no liability on these occasions.
Health and Safety Policy
We take guests health, wellbeing and safety very seriously. We provide lighting and guided paths, alongside a medically trained first aid professional that has access to a first aid medical kit and fire extinguishing equipment. We ask that guests bring their own medical needs, such as EpiPen’s, crutches, inhalers etc. if required.
Liability and responsibility
By the nature of our event, guests may come into contact with many natural ingredients, plants, fungi and other items, some of which may be unsafe for human consumption. Therefore, guests shall not eat any foraged item without prior clear and certain permission from us. Guests are personally liable for any illness, loss of health or injury due to eating foraged items without prior guidance from us. We have a Firepit and advise you remain a safe distance from this at all times.
The terrain of the location is not flat and may have holes, logs, bumps and other potentially hazardous environments and structures. Guests should take care and responsibility for their health and safety when on the premises. We are not liable for injury or loss of health of guests who injure themselves at our location.
Guests are only permitted to smoke in designated areas. In some circumstances and in particularly dry weather we may ask our guests to refrain from smoking altogether.
Alcohol is not permitted to be brought on site. We may provide bar services from time to time at our discretion. Guests are reminded to drink responsibly.
Customer behaviour and conduct Policy
The Cotswold Wild Dining team respect our guests and wish for them to have a good time; we ask that guests return the same level of respect. Offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
If you engage in behavioural activities that are considered unacceptable, you may be requested to leave the event and the location without compensation for your costs.
We also ask that guests dress appropriately for the event and are considerate with phone calls, and other noise.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event, we do not permit entry to those aged 18 or under unless we have given our express consent.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets due to the possibility of other guests having allergies.
Parking on site, Cotswold Wild Dining will not be held responsible for any damage to guests’ vehicles.
We reserve the right to charge you for any and all undue damages caused by you to the location and / or company belongings.
Lost or Damaged Items
Neither Cotswold Wild Dining Ltd nor its staff take responsibility for damaged or lost items whilst you are with us and advise you to take due care.
We are not responsible for any claims or legal action made or threatened against you by other guests, staff or agencies due to your behaviour.
Further, this agreement does not allow either party to act as, or hold themselves out as acting as, an agent of the other party and is not enforceable by a third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
